White & Case Advises Joint Bookrunners on Aeroporti di Roma's €300 Million Green Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Mediobanca, UniCredit, Barclays, Natixis and Intesa Sanpaolo, as Joint Bookrunners, on the €300 million 1.625% fixed rate senior unsecured notes due 2029 issued by Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A.
The notes have been issued under Aeroporti di Roma's €1.5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
The net proceeds of the issuance will be used to finance or refinance the green projects that Aeroporti di Roma has identified in accordance with the Green Bond Principles published by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA).
