White & Case Advises on Issuance of E.ON SE's Green Bonds with a Principal Amount of €1.5 Billion

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of Green Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of €1.5 billion.
The bonds are issued in two tranches. The first tranche has an aggregate principal amount of €750 million, a term of five years and a fixed coupon of 0.000%. The second tranche has an aggregate principal amount of €750 million, a term of ten years and a fixed coupon of 0.350%.
The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
E.ON SE will use the net proceeds of the issuance exclusively for Qualified Green Projects as defined in its Green Bond Framework.
