White & Case Advises IRGENRE Group on Financing of Maximall Pompeii Complex

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the IRGENRE Group on the senior term credit facility related to the development of the mixed-use real estate complex Maximall Pompeii, worth over €170 million.
Founded more than 25 years ago and headquartered in Milan, the IRGENRE Group is an established player in the commercial real estate development and management market.
The pool of lenders includes UniCredit S.p.A., acting also as Agent, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., Banco BPM S.p.A. and MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese S.p.A., acting also as Mandated Lead Arrangers.
The approximately 200,000 square meter Maximall Pompeii complex is being developed near Pompeii, Naples, and will offer shopping, entertainment, leisure and tourist attractions.
