Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Intera Fund III on the sale of Roima Intelligence Holding Oy to Corten Capital.
Intera Partners is a private equity firm focused on growing and internationalizing Finnish and Swedish companies. Intera manages two active funds with a total capital of €585 million and 11 portfolio companies with approximately 15,000 employees and revenues of €1.3 billion.
Roima Intelligence is a leading provider of supply chain and manufacturing software with offices in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, India and the US.
Corten Capital is a private equity firm focused on business to business software and services businesses across Europe and North America.
