Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised ING Belgium SA/NV and KBC Bank NV, as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners, on the financing of Waterland's acquisition of Ad Ultima Group and Pylades.

Ad Ultima Group and Pylades are two premier IT service providers. Waterland is an independent private equity investment group that supports entrepreneurs in realizing their growth ambitions.
