White & Case advises IMA on additional €450 million high yield senior secured notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised I.M.A. Industria Macchine Automatiche S.p.A. on the issuance of an additional €450 million senior secured floating rate high yield notes due 2029 and fully fungible with the €450 million senior secured notes issued on April 18, 2024.

The notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF market.
