Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised IK Small Cap II Fund, a fund advised by European private equity firm IK Partners, on its divestment of BST Brandskyddsteamet to Norvestor.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, BST Brandskyddsteamet is a market leading full-service provider of active fire protection services, with a growing presence in the Nordics and currently over 400 employees across the region.
IK Partners is a European private equity firm focusing on investments across the business services, healthcare, consumer and industrials sectors in the Benelux, DACH, France, Nordics and the UK. Since 1989, IK Partners has raised 14 funds with more than €14 billion of capital and invested in 155 European businesses.
