Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised private equity investor IK Investment Partners on the acquisition of Innovad, a global supplier of animal health and nutrition solutions.
IK Investment Partners is a pan-European private equity firm focusing on investments in the Benelux, DACH region, France, Nordics and the UK. Since 1989, IK has raised more than €13 billion of capital and invested in 145 European companies.
Established in 2010, Innovad is a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of specialty functional feed additives. Innovad's brands and services are available in over 65 countries worldwide and address the diverse range of needs experienced on a livestock farm. The transaction also includes Add-Co Nutrition, an Italian feed additives supplier, which will become a full subsidiary of the Innovad Group.
