White & Case Advises I Squared Capital on Its Sale of Orazul Energy Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised I Squared Capital, through its portfolio company Inkia Energy, one of the largest independent power producers in Latin America, on the sale of its Peruvian transmission line company Orazul Energy Group to Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. Orazul Energy Group operates three transmission lines in central and northern Peru with a combined length of 176km (109.4 miles) and three transmission lines in central Peru with a combined length of 394km.
