White & Case Advises I Squared Capital on Its Sale of Interests in a Cogeneration Energy Facility

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised I Squared Capital, through its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund I, on its sale of interests in Kendall Green Energy to Veolia Energy North America. Kendall is a cogeneration facility in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The facility at the heart of the sale provides more than 90 percent of the district steam used to power Cambridge and Boston.
