White & Case Advises I Squared Capital on Growth Capital Investment in RPower LLC

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised leading international infrastructure investor I Squared Capital on the completion of a growth capital investment, through its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, in RPower LLC, a distributed energy resource platform.
Founded in 2021, RPower offers a wide spectrum of both packaged and a la carte energy solutions, from resiliency as a service to microgrid, to design-build-transfer contracts, to energy management services, backed by an industry-leading team. RPower helps companies ensure the continuity of their business operations through increasingly frequent and longer-duration grid outages, and its sustainable energy resources enhance its customers' bottom lines and promote the addition of grid-tied renewable energy.
