Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Hippocrates Holding S.p.A. (Hippocrates) on a €165 million financing.
The financing includes a €150 million term loan facility and a €15 million revolving credit facility and has been lent by a pool of banks including, among others, Natixis S.A. - Milan Branch and Banco BPM S.p.A.
Launched in 2018, Hippocrates is a network of more than 120 pharmacies located primarily in central and northern Italy.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction comprised partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan) and Andrea Novarese (Milan), associate Bianca Caruso (Milan) and lawyers Francesco Mozzone and Marco Bressan (both Milan).
