White & Case Advises GSO Capital Partners on Financing for Advent International's £4 Billion Acquisition of Cobham plc

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised GSO Capital Partners and its affiliates on a three-tier financing package to support Advent International's approximately £4 billion acquisition of leading global technology and services innovator Cobham plc.

GSO Capital Partners and its affiliates provided Advent International with second lien, preferred equity and common equity financing to support its approximately £4 billion acquisition of the shares in Cobham plc.
