White & Case Advises Goldman Sachs on Casavo's €150 Million Financing Programme

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Goldman Sachs on Casavo's €150 million financing program.

Founded in Milan in 2017, Casavo is an online PropTech platform leader in the real estate instant buying market.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Gianluca Fanti and Giuseppe Barra Caracciolo (both Milan) and included partner Chris McGarry (London), local partners Francesco Scebba and Piero de Mattia (both Milan), associates Riccardo Verzeletti (Milan) and James Jirtle (London) and lawyer Roberta Monasterolo (Milan).
