White & Case Advises Goldman Sachs Affiliate on Oil Inventory Monetisation Arrangement with Nynas

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised J. Aron & Company LLC, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, on its entry into an oil inventory monetisation arrangement with Nynas AB.

The arrangement is an important step in Nynas' current Swedish company reorganisation. The company is one of the leading manufacturers of specialty naphthenic oils and bitumen products, which are used for the production of roads, roofs, transformer oils, lubricants and numerous other everyday items. The Nynas network consists of four refineries, which are complemented by a string of supply depots and sales offices located around the globe.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Ben Wilkinson (London) and Carl Hugo Parment (Stockholm) with support from associates Kamran Ahmad (London), Alexander Berlin-Jarhamn and Carl Runesson (both Stockholm).
