White & Case advises Gambling.com Group on acquisition of Freebets.com and related assets from XLMedia

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised NASDAQ-listed Gambling.com Group on its acquisition of Freebets.com and related assets from AIM-listed XLMedia plc.

Gambling.com Group is a leading provider of digital marketing services for the global online gambling industry. The transaction sees Gambling.com Group expand its existing portfolio with well-known brands within the iGaming industry and increases its presence across the UK and Europe.

White & Case previously advised Gambling.com Group on its initial public offering of 5.25 million ordinary shares and listing on NASDAQ in July 2021.
