Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Galderma on the sale of Bübchen to Dallmann's Pharma GmbH, a Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG company.
Bübchen is a German collection of kids and baby care products. Under the terms of the transaction, Dallmann's Pharma is acquiring the Bübchen business, including the Bübchen brand and its dedicated manufacturing site in Germany.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the volume and further details of the transaction.
The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Ingrid Wijnmalen (Frankfurt) and included partners Darragh Byrne and Bodo Bender (both Frankfurt), local partners Michael Leicht (Frankfurt) and Sebastian Stütze (Hamburg) and associates Micha Gersdorf and Agmal Bahrami (both Frankfurt).
