White & Case advises funds managed by Bain Capital Credit and Apax Credit on Kpler financing

Global law firm White & Case has advised funds managed by Bain Capital Credit and Apax Credit on a unitranche financing to commodities market data and analytics solutions provider Kpler.

Kpler offers technology-driven solutions for more efficient and sustainable trade across different markets and segments of the commodity supply chain. Private equity firms Five Arrows Growth Capital and Insight Partners hold a significant minority stake in Kpler.
