White & Case advises funds affiliated with DigitalBridge Group, Inc. on joint venture with IFM Investors

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised funds affiliated with the investment management platform of DigitalBridge Group, Inc., a leading global digital infrastructure firm, on a joint venture with IFM Investors, a global investment management firm, in connection with the US$11 billion acquisition of all outstanding common shares of Switch, Inc., a leader in exascale data center ecosystems, edge data center designs and industry-leading telecommunications solutions.

DigitalBridge (NYSE: DBRG) is a digital infrastructure firm investing in and operating businesses across the digital ecosystem including cell towers, data centers, fiber, small cells and edge infrastructure. Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, and with key offices in New York, Los Angeles, London and Singapore, DigitalBridge manages a US$50 billion portfolio of digital infrastructure assets on behalf of its global limited partners and shareholders.
