White & Case Advises Frans Bonhomme Group on Acquisition of Distribution de Materiaux pour les Travaux Publics

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Frans Bonhomme group, supported by its main shareholder Centerbridge Partners, on its acquisition of Distribution de Matériaux pour les Travaux Publics (DMTP), which operates the Point.P Public Works network, from the Saint-Gobain Group.
This combination makes the Frans Bonhomme Group the leading distributor of building materials, specializing in public works, including on-site sanitation, roads and urban development.
