White & Case advises on financing for Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of USU Product Business

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the unitranche and revolving lenders on Thoma Bravo's acquisition of a majority stake in USU Product Business.

Thoma Bravo is a leading international software investment firm. USU Product Business is a leading pan-European IT management solutions provider.
