White & Case Advises Faurecia on Hydrogen Mobility Joint Venture with Michelin

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Faurecia, a leading technology company in the automotive industry, on the creation of its joint venture with Michelin, the world leader in tyres and sustainable mobility, combining all their hydrogen fuel cell-dedicated activities with the aim of becoming a world leader in hydrogen mobility.
Named SYMBIO, a Faurecia Michelin Hydrogen Company, the joint venture is equally owned by Faurecia and Michelin. Its goal is to develop, produce and market hydrogen fuel cell systems for light vehicles, commercial vehicles and trucks as well as for other areas of electromobility.
The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partners Nathalie Nègre-Eveillard and Clara Hainsdorf, with support from associates Sophie Nguyen and Elisabeth Sandret-Renard.
