White & Case advises Exponent Private Equity on financing of investment in Xeinadin Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Exponent Private Equity (Exponent) on the debt finance aspects of a significant investment in the Xeinadin Group "(Xeinadin), a group of business advisory and accountancy practices formed through a transformative merger in 2019.
"Our team helped to navigate the financing aspects of this strategic investment successfully for our client, which will support Xeinadin's strategy for growth, allowing it to make further investments in innovative data-driven technologies to enhance service delivery to its clients," said White & Case partner Colin Harley, who led the Firm's team.
