Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc as joint sponsors, joint global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners, Jefferies International Limited as joint global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner, and Numis Securities Limited and UBS AG London Branch as joint bookrunners, on the initial public offering (IPO) of W.A.G. payment solutions plc ('Eurowag').

The total value of the offering amounted to £186 million and Eurowag's market capitalisation was in excess of £1 billion. Founded in the Czech Republic in 1995, Eurowag is a leading pan-European integrated payments and mobility platform focused on the commercial road transportation industry.
