White & Case advises European Dental Group on sale of European laboratory business

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised European Dental Group, a leading pan-European oral care provider, on the sale of its European laboratory businesses Flemming Dental, Excent and Artinorway Group in a carve-out to Oakley Capital.

The sale, which remains subject to regulatory approvals, will allow European Dental Group to focus its resources on continuing the development of its oral care clinic networks in the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, France, Switzerland and Belgium.
