Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised funds and accounts managed by BlackRock on an offering of up to €105 million senior secured notes issued by Sicura S.p.A. and subscribed and purchased by BlackRock.
Sicura is a leader in occupational safety systems and a portfolio company of the international private equity fund Argos Wityu. The financing will be used to refinance Sicura's existing indebtedness and support its growth through acquisitions and investments.
