White & Case Advises Erste Group Bank AG on Tauron Polska Energia's PLN 1 Billion Sustainability-Linked Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Erste Group Bank AG, as Joint Bookrunner, on the issue by Tauron Polska Energia SA (Tauron) of Series A Bonds for the total nominal value of PLN 1 billion (€216.6 million). 

This is the first issue of sustainability-linked bonds on the Polish market and is part of the bond issue program of up to PLN 2 billion to support the energy transition of the Tauron Group. 

The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction included partner Marcin Studniarek, counsel Bartosz Smardzewski and associate Damian Lubocki.
