White & Case Advises EP Infrastructure, A.S. on Issuance of Floating Rate Notes

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised EP Infrastructure, a.s. (EPIF) on the issuance of its floating rate notes due April 2027.
The notes were offered by way of a private placement to institutional investors and have been listed on the Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Banca IMI acted as a manager and bookrunner. The transaction follows the successful debut international offering of €750 million 1.659% fixed rate notes due 2024 listed on Euronext Dublin on which White & Case represented EPIF in 2018.
The EPIF group is a leading European energy infrastructure utility focused on gas transmission, gas and power distribution, heat and power generation and gas storage, with principal operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Measured by EBITDA, the group is among the five largest industrial groups based in the Czech Republic.
The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led by local partner Petr Hudec (Prague) and included associates Neha Saran (London) and Jan Vacula (Prague).
