White & Case advises E.ON on issuance of green bonds with aggregate principal amount of €1.5 billion

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of two tranches of green bonds with an aggregate principal amount of €1.5 billion.

Both tranches were issued as green bonds under the Green Bond Framework of E.ON SE. The first tranche has a principal amount of €750 million, a three-year term and a fixed coupon of 0.875%. The second tranche also has a principal amount of €750 million, a nine-year term and a fixed coupon of 1.625%. The notes of both tranches were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
