White & Case advises E.ON on issuance of bonds with principal amount of €600 million

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of bonds with an aggregate principal amount of €600 million.
The notes have a six-year term and a fixed coupon of 2.875%. E.ON intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes
The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The White & Case team in Frankfurt that advised on the transaction included partner Karsten Wöckener, local partner Peter Becker and associate Daniel Gillenkirch.
