White & Case Advises E.ON on Issuance of Bonds with Aggregate Principal Amount of €1.3 billion

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of two tranches of notes with an aggregate principal amount of €1.3 billion.
The first tranche has a principal amount of €500 million, a four-year term and a fixed coupon of 0.125%. E.ON intends to use the net proceeds from this issuance of notes for general corporate purposes. The second tranche has a principal amount of €800 million, a twelve-year term and a fixed coupon of 0.875%. The tranche was issued as a green bond under the Green Bond Framework of E.ON SE.
The notes of both tranches were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
