Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of two notes tranches with an aggregate principal amount of €1.8 billion.
The first tranche has a principal amount of €800 million, an eight-year term and a fixed coupon of 3.500%. E.ON will use the issuance’s net proceeds for general corporate purposes. The second tranche has a principal amount of €1 billion, a 20-year term and a fixed coupon of 4.125%. It was issued as a green bond under E.ON’s Green Bond Framework.
The notes of both tranches were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
