White & Case advises E.ON on €1.75 billion bonds issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of two tranches of notes with an aggregate principal amount of €1.75 billion.

The first tranche has a principal amount of €850 million, an eight-year term and a fixed coupon of 3.500%. E.ON intends to use the net proceeds from this issuance for general corporate purposes.

The second tranche has a principal amount of €900 million, a 15-year term and a fixed coupon of 4.000%. The tranche was issued as a green bond under E.ON's Green Bond Framework.

The notes of both tranches were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
