Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of two tranches of notes with an aggregate principal amount of €1.5 billion.
The first tranche has a principal amount of €750 million, a seven-year term and a fixed coupon of 3.375%. The second tranche has a principal amount of €750 million, a twelve-year term and a fixed coupon of 3.750%. Both tranches were issued as green bonds under the Green Bond Framework of E.ON SE.
The notes of both tranches were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
