Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised climate tech company Enpal GmbH (Enpal) on its Series D equity financing with €215 million proceeds.
The financing round was led by new investor TPG Rise Climate and included new investors Westly Group and Activate Capital. Existing investors such as HV Capital (with support from the European Investment Bank), SoftBank Vision Fund II Capital and Princeville Climate Technology also participated in the financing round.
Enpal builds and rents solar and energy solutions for private households. It will maintain its position as one of Europe's fastest growing climate techs following the Series D financing.
