White & Case Advises Enodev and Cobepa on Strategic Business Combination with Sparflex group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Enodev, a company specializing in the production of capsules for Champagne and sparkling wines and majority owned by Belgian investment company Cobepa, on a strategic business combination with Sparflex group, with the aim of creating the world leader in the secondary-closure of wines and spirits.

Established in the heart of the Champagne region in 1984, Sparflex supplies clients worldwide with production and marketing support for information and images to package Champagne, wines, spirits and other prestige beverages.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Guillaume Vitrich (Paris) and included partners Alessandro Nolet and Leonardo Graffi (both Milan) and Estelle Philippi (Paris), with support from associates Alexandre Balat, Margaux de Lembeye and Sarah Kouchad (all Paris) and Sara Scapin and Adriana Tisi (both Milan).
