White & Case Advises EnfraGen on US$240 Million Non-Recourse Financing for Greenfield Solar Portfolio in Chile

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Latin American developer of grid stability and renewable energy infrastructure businesses EnfraGen, LLC ("EnfraGen") on a US$240 million non-recourse financing for a portfolio of greenfield solar projects in Chile.
The Enfragen financing is one of the largest solar portfolios to close in recent times in Chile with a bank syndicate comprising Banco de Crédito e Inversiones, BNP Paribas, DNB Bank ASA and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
This is one of several solar financings that White & Case has recently advised on, most recently Solek Holding SE.
