White & Case Advises EnBW on Issuance of Notes with Principal Amount of €500 Million

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised EnBW group on the issuance of notes with an aggregate principal amount of €500 million by EnBW International Finance B.V.
The notes have a term of five years, a fixed coupon of 0.625% and are guaranteed by EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG.
The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
