Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Emperia Holding S.A., a Maxima Grupé UAB company, on the sale of its subsidiary Infinite Sp. z o.o. (Infinite) to Polish DialCom24 Group.
The transaction completed on August 7, 2019. Infinite is an IT systems provider supporting clients in Poland and other international markets. Polish DialCom24 Group specializes in the development and provision of financial and payment services for business and individual clients.
