White & Case advises Echo Investment on establishment of bonds issuance programme

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Echo Investment S.A. on establishing a programme for the issuance of unsecured bonds valued at up to PLN 300 million, or the euro equivalent of that amount, and on the intention to seek the bonds' admission and introduction to trading on the Catalyst regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Echo Investment's prospectus was approved by the Financial Supervisory Commission on November 26, 2021.
In recent years, White & Case has advised on the establishment of four Echo Investment bonds issuance programmes with a total value of PLN 1.2 billion.
Echo Investment is one of the largest real estate developers in Poland with extensive experience in the three main sectors of the real estate market: residential, retail and services, and offices. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1996.
