White & Case Advises Eaton Corporation on Its US$2 Billion Notes Issuance, Including Its Inaugural Sustainability-Linked Bond

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised leading power management company Eaton Corporation on a US$2 billion notes issuance, comprising US$700 million of 4.700% senior notes due 2052, and Eaton’s first-ever sustainability-linked bond issuance of 4.150% sustainability-linked notes due 2033, in an aggregate principal amount of US$1.3 billion.
