White & Case Advises Duke Street on Acquisition of COMPO Consumer Business

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised international investor Duke Street on the acquisition of COMPO's consumer business from Kingenta Ecological Engineering Co. Ltd.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the acquisition price or further details and the transaction is subject to the necessary approvals.
London-based Duke Street is a private equity investor focused on the mid-cap sector and on complex acquisitions of companies that are in a phase of strong growth.
Germany-headquartered COMPO is one of the leading suppliers of branded products for plants in the home and garden and in the agricultural sector. It was founded in 1956 and has been part of the Kingenta Ecological Engineering Group since 2016. COMPO employs around 1,000 people at more than 20 sites worldwide and generates revenues in the mid three-digit million range.
