White & Case Advises DRT and Ardian on Entry into Exclusive Negotiations with Firmenich to Acquire DRT Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Les Dérivés Résiniques et Terpéniques (DRT) and its majority shareholder Ardian on entry into exclusive negotiations with Firmenich related to the acquisition of DRT group.

The transaction announced on March 6, 2020, remains subject to the consultation of the relevant employee representative bodies and to the signing of a final agreement and approval by the antitrust authorities.
