White & Case Advises DNB Markets, Inc. on Himalaya Shipping Ltd.’s NYSE-Listed IPO

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised DNB Markets, Inc. as the sole global coordinator, joint bookrunner and representative of the underwriters on the US$44.8 million initial public offering of 7,720,000 common shares by Himalaya Shipping Ltd. Following the IPO, the company's common shares are dual-listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext Expand in Norway under the ticker "HSHP".

Himalaya Shipping Ltd. is an independent dry bulk carrier company incorporated in Bermuda, with two vessels currently in operation and ten Newcastlemax dry bulk vessels under construction at New Times Shipyard in China, which are expected to be delivered in 2024.
