White & Case Advises Deutsche Bank on Caesars Entertainment's £2.9 Billion Takeover of William Hill

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank AG, as financial adviser to Caesars Entertainment, Inc. on its successful £2.9 billion takeover of UK-based William Hill PLC, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies.
"We have advised Deutsche Bank on this significant acquisition, which was one of the largest US/UK transactions announced in 2020," said White & Case partner Philip Broke.
