White & Case advises Delta Med Group on acquisition of Pentaferte and Securmed

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised medical devices company Delta Med Group on the acquisition of infusion medical device companies Pentaferte SAS and Securmed S.p.A.. 

Delta Med Group is a portfolio company of White Bridge Investments S.p.A. It specialises in the development and production of medical devices with a particular focus on vascular access devices. The acquisition of Pentaferte and Securmed will position Delta Med Group to compete in the European infusion medical device market.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partners Leonardo Graffi and Alessandro Seganfreddo (both Milan), Alexis Hojabr and Orion Berg (both Paris) and associates Nicolò Miglio and Ioana Gaga (both Milan), Phillippine Chinaud, Thea Delhaye, Dany Luu and Valentin Morichon (all Paris).
