Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the debt providers on the issuance of senior secured notes subscribed by funds managed by Tikehau to finance MSA Mizar's acquisition of Veta+, a Spanish property insurance outsourcing business.
MSA Mizar is an Italy-based provider of outsourced insurance claims management services controlled by the private equity firm Columna Capital. In addition to the acquisition of Veta+, the proceeds of the senior secured notes will be used to refinance the financial indebtedness of MSA Mizar and support its growth through further acquisitions and investments.
