White & Case Advises CVC Capital Partners on US$2.49 Billion Acquisition Financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised CVC Capital Partners, a leading private equity and investment advisory firm, on US$2.49 billion of credit facilities in connection with CVC Capital Partners' acquisition of ExamWorks Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The financing includes a US$1.7 billion senior secured first lien term loan facility, a US$540 million senior secured second lien term loan facility and a US$250 million senior secured revolving credit facility. 

ExamWorks Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries provide a wide portfolio of innovative medical services, including independent medical review, bill review, peer review, medical record retrieval and document management and Medicare compliance solutions.

The White & Case Debt Finance team was led by partner Justin Wagstaff and included associate Shana White (both in New York).

White & Case previously advised CVC Capital Partners on its definitive agreement to acquire a majority interest in ExamWorks in June 2021.
