White & Case advises Consolidated Energy Finance on US$525 million and €250 million High Yield Bond Issuances

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Consolidated Energy Finance S.A., a financing subsidiary of Switzerland-based leading international methanol and fertilizer producer Consolidated Energy Limited AG, on the issuance of two series of high yield bonds with total volumes of US$525 million and €250 million.
The US dollar notes and euro notes are issued with an interest coupon of 5.625% and 5.000%, respectively. Both series of notes will be due in 2028 and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The issuance of the high-yield notes will enable Consolidated Energy to redeem existing financial debt.
The White & Case team from Frankfurt that advised on the transaction was led by partners Yannick Adler and Rebecca Emory and included partners Gernot Wagner and Vanessa Schürmann, local partner Daniel Rogits and associates Merve Sismangil, Ann Marie Hovie and Lukas Hackmann.
