Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of concrete pumping and waste management services in the US and UK, and its wholly owned-subsidiary, Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping Holdings Inc., on an amendment to an existing asset-based credit agreement to provide up to US$160 million of commitments (previously US$125 million).
A leading international financial institution provided the US$35 million in incremental commitments.
